I didn't write the Scriptures. If you can reason on it a better way, tell us.
As far as I can see, Jesus is doing the talking, and he is going to bring about a GREAT tribulation on those in his congregations who are corrupting it. He goes on on to inform us later (Rev. 7:14) that a great crowd of his congregation will survive that testing, cleansing, time. (1 Peter 4:17; 2 Thess. 2:4 give confirmation and justification)
After that, he can deal with Satan's system.
Revelation 2:22, 23 - "Look! I (Jesus) am about to throw her into a sickbed, and those committing adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of her deeds. A nd her children I will kill with deadly plague, so that all the congregations will know that I am he who searches the kidneys and hearts, and I will give to YOU individually according to YOUR deeds"

It's nice to see in the PUBLIC edition of the July 1st 2012 Watchtower, on page 22, (in the margin & the last paragraph - repetition for emphasis!!) that we are all children of God!!! ("We can show that we look to Jehovah as our Father and that we view it as an honor to be his children.")
That makes a nice New Light for us!! (Big- time U-turn or contradiction, whichever way you look at it!!)

The following verses highlight beautifully the fact that God makes no distinctions as far as people go, but men clearly have other ideas!
(James 2:4) YOU have class distinctions among yourselves and YOU have become judges rendering wicked decisions, is that not so?
(Acts 15:8-9) and God, who knows the heart, bore witness by giving them the holy spirit, just as he did to us also. And he made no distinction at all between us and them, but purified their hearts by faith.
(Romans 3:21-22) But now apart from law God’s righteousness has been made manifest, as it is borne witness to by the Law and the Prophets; yes, God’s righteousness through the faith in Jesus Christ, for all those having faith. For there is no distinction .
(Romans 10:12) For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for there is the same Lord over all, who is rich to all those calling upon him.
But the one verse I treasure and look forward to being fulfilled, is Daniel 12:4 which foretells that at the time of the end, "many will rove about, and the [true] knowledge will become abundant." I honestly believe that is now taking place - no one can hide the truth now, and it will become evermore abundant as people awaken to falsehoods.
Christ will bring about the Great Tribulation on those corrupting truth in God's household, (Rev.2:22 & 2 Thess. 2:4) then all will be revealed.

According to Scripture, Who Are Jesus' "Brothers"?
(Matthew 12:50) whoever does the will of my Father who is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother."
(Matthew 13:38) The field is the world; as for the fine seed, these are the sons of the kingdom;
(Matthew 25:40) To the extent that YOU did it to one of the least of these my brothers, YOU did it to me.
(Mark 3:35) Whoever does the will of God, this one is my brother and sister and mother."
(Luke 8:21) In reply he said to them: "My mother and my brothers are these who hear the word of God and do it."
(John 1:12,13) However, as many as did receive him, to them he gave authority to become God’s children.........
(John 15:14) YOU are my friends if YOU do what I am commanding YOU. (Rom. 8:14) For all who are led by God’s spirit, these are God’s sons. (1 John 5:1) Every one who believes that Jesus is the Christ is a child of God..........(Revised Standard Version)
A favourite phrase used by some to qualify such reasonings is, "by extension". Nowhere in the Bible is there even a hint of such a term.
Jesus spoke the truth when he said that there would be "one flock, one shepherd" - not different classes of sheep and distinctions, as we are continually told.
Therefore, each must ask themselves, who really is a (not 'the') faithful slave to Christ?

hose forming the Christian congregation are referred to by the apostle Paul as "members of the household of God" (Eph 2:19; 1Ti 3:15), and the same apostle shows that ‘faithful stewardship’ among such household members involved the dispensing of spiritual truths on which those becoming believers would ‘feed.’ (1Co 3:2, 5; 4:1, 2; compare Mt 4:4.) Whereas this was a prime responsibility of those appointed as ‘shepherds’ of the flock (1Pe 5:1-3), the apostle Peter shows that such stewardship of the divine truths was actually committed to all the ‘chosen ones,’ all the spirit-anointed ones, of the Christian congregation. (1Pe 1:1, 2; 4:10, 11) Thus the entire anointed Christian congregation was to serve in a united stewardship, dispensing such truths. At the same time the individual members making up such composite body, or the "domestics" making up the "house" of God (Mt 24:45; Heb 3:6; Eph 2:19), would also be recipients of the "food" dispensed. (Heb 5:11-14; compare 1Co 12:12, 19-27.) Expanded responsibility would result from faithfulness maintained untilthe master’s promised ‘arrival.’
Many problems occur with the assertions made by this so-called "understanding":
1) The F&DS make up the Christian Congregation - why only them?
2) Only they are part of the household of God - why not others?
3) Only they are described as "chosen ones" - Why? What about Isaiah 65:15, 22?
4) "The entire anointed Christian congregation was to serve.........dispensing such truths". So why is this restricted to less than a dozen who claim to be of the heavenly hope?
5) The food was for the domestics only - so nothing for the so-called other sheep?????????

@ BOBCAT -
Your replies on the above Scriptures are clearly reasoned - with no personal agenda. It's so sad and distressing that so many brothers & sisters are willing to go to meetings, assemblies, & conventions, and then go out in the ministry to try and start Bible studies, and yet do not examine for themselves what they are being spoon-fed, like spiritual babes. John admonished Christians to test the inspired expressions - to see if they originated with God!.
Paul said, "Do you, however, the one teaching someone else, not teach yourself?". (Rom. 2:21) The vast majority of brothers and sisters believe the false teaching that 'a governing body in Jerusalem resolved the circumcision issue' - no they didn't!!! Read Paul's account at Galatians 2: 1- 14.
It was Jehovah's Holy Spirit directing Paul to go up to Jerusalem, with two witnesses, to sort out the false teaching emanating from that congregation - read the Bible account brothers and sisters, for your own sake and for God's sake!!
But of course, many will refuse to accept what the Bible says, because it hasn't come from a certain other source.
Thanks for your comments.
